As part of the Aspen Opportunity Youth Incentive Fund and in partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, HOYC has been a member of Aspen’s national learning community to help Hartford effectively develop a comprehensive plan to improve the life outcomes of our Opportunity Youth. CWP has partnered with the Aspen OYIF on several partnerships including receiving funding from the Aspen OYIF, Schultz Family Foundation, America’s Promise YES Project.
