We use Connecticut’s Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework as a tool and methodology for aligning measures, facilitating community collaborations, and assessing our progress in developing cross-agency, cross-system partnerships. The framework supports collective impact, helps each community partner identify how best to contribute to the quality of life outcomes of Opportunity Youth, and monitors the collective progress of Hartford’s Opportunity Youth.
