There are 20,000 youth, ages 16-24, in Hartford. Of these, 1 in 4 youth is not in school and not working. They are referred to as Opportunity Youth.
Hartford Opportunity Youth Collaborative is a collective impact effort to help these youth obtain their high school diploma, continue their education, and find employment.
