The collaborative is chaired by the Mayor of the City of Hartford.
Kim Oliver is the collaborative’s project director. Kim has both corporate and non-profit experience, a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Yale University, and a Master degree in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a certified Yellow Belt in Six Sigma and member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. Hartford Business Journal named Kim “One to Watch” in 2012.
