Objective: Enhance supportive service availability among agencies, with emphasis on mental/behavioral health and continuity of services at key transition points in a young person’s journey.
Key Strategies:
- Build capacity of member organizations to ensure youth are offered and connected to appropriate mental and behavioral health supports.
- Coordinate with Pathways and Career navigation Workgroup to ensure young people have access to needed holistic supports, with emphasis on continuity of services across programs.
- Build agency capacity through training and professional development opportunities with emphasis on strategies from Aspen’s BMWP framework.
