Every young person deserves a pathway to opportunity.

The Hartford Opportunity Youth Collaborative (HOYC) brings partners together to connect young people aged 14-26 with meaningful opportunities and the support to pursue their goals.

Together, we’re building stronger pathways to education, employment, and a future of possibility.

“This is not just an investment in programs, it’s an investment in the future — a connected, coordinated Hartford where every young person has a real path forward.” – Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam
